We had somewhat mixed feelings about this sale. Pre-sale service was very good. Calls were returned promptly and the salesman made many very good recommendations. This included talking us out of some decisions that, in retrospect, would have been bad decisions. The cabinets were made by Bertch and are beautiful and high quality. Post-sale service was frustrating at times. On the plus side, damaged pieces were taken back and replaced, no questions asked. But on the down side, phone calls went unanswered. It would take multiple phone calls and several days to get a reply. There were some minor oversights in the original order. The oversights were corrected, but seemed to be careless mistakes. When shipments arrived at their warehouse, there were no phone calls notifying us that our items had arrived. We had to call them to find this out.
