Picked out a jeld-wen entry door and Andersen storm door at NK home depot store.  This included HD ordering all material, doors, installation of both doors, trim,  and removing from premises all debris, and cleaning up as result of construction. All the work completed was superior.  Work done by Millwork Specialist ,NK Home Depot.  Millwork was very professional and personable, very hard worker. All construction debris was cleaned up and taken away.  I would recommend this service without hesitation. It was very easy to work with HD customer order specialist and Millwork.   

Our overall experience with them was fine. They were on time. They put the doors in fine. They are the only local ones in town. Their price was okay. Their quality was good.

They were really good. They did an excellent job, and were very skillful at doing at.

I thought that it was a pretty good price for what we got. I got some quotes and looked around. It was probably a little bit more, but their service and availability were really good. They were good about communicating. The made one mistake on one window and we still trying to get that replaced. They were responsive and I was satisfied with them.

The foremen that came out wanted to do an inspection from inside, which wasn?t a problem for us. So we told them that we need to have the wood replaced and they said that they would decide that on the day they actually install the roof. I then got a phone call on the installation day informing that they had to replace the wood since it had rotted. It was an additional $4000 compared to the initial estimate. So I wasn?t pleased since they didn?t listen to me in the beginning. I then went upstairs after they installed the roof to do an inside check and I could see daylight in a couple of areas on the roof. It was supposed to have been covered over by a type of fabric even when there were vents. It took them months to come back and repair it. I had to call them multiple times. I was really disappointed with them. There were shingles and nails that were dropped on the ground when they took the roof off. They damaged my gutters in the process and they left a lot of the nails since it had snowed. They were supposed to come back in spring and use the metal detector to remove a lot of the nails that were left on the lawn. I used to find tracks of nails on the ground. My grandson was with me at that time and I wasn?t thrilled with that. So my husband and I had to go out to check the yard. I would not use their services in the future for roofing.

THE INSTALLATION OF THE CARPET WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE EXTREMELY CAREFUL IN MOVING THE FURNITURE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING THE CARPET WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

HOME DEPOT DOES PRETTY GOOD WORK. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING THEY DO, THEY WILL USUALLY TRY AND MAKE IT UP TO YOU. THE LAST TIME THEY LAID CARPET FOR ME THEY LEFT A TACK IN THE CARPET, AND I KEEP STEPPING ON IT.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY HAVE REALLY REASONABLE PRICES AND HAVE VERY NICE EMPLOYEES IN THE STORE TO HELP YOU. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP THEIR ENTIRE MESS WHEN THEY FINISHED.

THEY DID TOP OF THE LINE WORK. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND VERY CLEAN. THE GUY WHO INSTALLED THE FLOOR WAS VERY SKILLED AND WORKED VERY QUICKLY. WE HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE FLOOR.

THE WORKERS WERE NOT VERY CAREFUL. THERE WERE PIECES OF THE COUNTERTOPS BROKEN. IT SEEMED TO ME THAT THEY WERE VERY UNFAMILIAR WITH THE WORK THEY WERE DOING.

I WOULD HAVE THEM AGAIN IN A HEART BEAT. THE CARPET THEY PUT IN LOOKS GREAT AND FITS THE ROOMS PERFECTLY. I HAVE ANOTHER ROOM THAT NEEDS NEW CARPET AND I WILL BE GOING BACK TO HOME DEPOT.
