Left message on answering machine.  Did not meet in person.

We had a boxy 3 bed, 1 bath ranch. The addition of this room has made all the difference for us. Steve and his crew were punctual, courteous, and the time line and price were on target.

As always, Grenier Construction is superb.  Steve's crew is uniformly great and Steve watches over the project as if it was a major renovation.  He is a man of his word and has complete integrity in everything his does.  We look forward to projects that he can do for us.  Recommend him without reservation.

My project with Grenier Construction went fantastic.Steve came out and gave me advise on what he thought would look good as well as what I could leave out and save some expense. His crew was extremly respectful of my home and were genuinely nice gentlemen. Tommy was the lead carpenter on my project and a better craftsmen I have never met. I cant say enough good things about Steve and Tommy. I know they do much bigger jobs than mine but they treated my project like it was thier only job. As I sit here here typing I can look over the work they did and I love it.

This was a very positive experience. Steve and his crew, who do MUCH bigger jobs, treated us and our home as though we were their most important account. They are punctual, courteous and clean. We are adding a room later this summer and did not shop around for a contractor. We would not consider anyone else.

Steve is a pleasure to work with.He returns phone calls quickly.If he says he's going to start work at 7am on a Monday,he's there. Doesn't waste time or money. We have carpeting in the bedroom and the stairwell.All of that was well protected. The carpentry work was excellent.Both rooms look brand new.

We were absolutely blown away by the quality of work and professionalism of Steve and his crew. They showed up every day precisely at 7 AM and went straight to work. They were courteous and genuinely very nice people. These guys are top notch craftsmen. The quality of the joinery is superb, every corner is perfectly mitered, there was not one detail left out. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Steve is a professional, we provided him ideas, he told us the straight story and why we should reconsider... He was right.. He is what I consider a contractor who takes pride in his work, arrived daily on time, exceeded our expectations. We already referred him to 2 family members.

HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE GOT THE PROJECT DONE WHEN WE NEEDED IT TO BE DONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. THE ONLY THINGS THAT DIDN'T GET DONE WERE WHAT WE COULDN'T AFFORD. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WE EXPECTED HIM TO DO.
