He is a man of his word and has complete integrity in everything his does. We look forward to projects that he can do for us. Recommend him without reservation.

 + 0 moreMy project with Grenier Construction went fantastic.Steve came out and gave me advise on what he thought would look good as well as what I could leave out and save some expense. His crew was extremly respectful of my home and were genuinely nice gentlemen. Tommy was the lead carpenter on my project and a better craftsmen I have never met. I cant say enough good things about Steve and Tommy. I know they do much bigger jobs than mine but they treated my project like it was thier only job. As I sit here here typing I can look over the work they did and I love it.
Description of Work: Finish carpentry and custom cabinents.

Description of Work: Grenier Construction is the best general contractor we have ever worked with or even hope to work with. Steve's team is top rate. If they say they will do something, they do it on time, on cost and to the highest level of quality. They are just great. It is a pleasure working with them.  + -1 moreThis was a very positive experience. Steve and his crew, who do MUCH bigger jobs, treated us and our home as though we were their most important account. They are punctual, courteous and clean. We are adding a room later this summer and did not shop around for a contractor. We would not consider anyone else.
Description of Work: We enlarged two interior doorways and removed a small coat closet to open up the space in our main living area. This included inserting a beam for support, changing some wiring and patching hardwood floors. The walls were painted and the floors were refinished.

 + 5 moreSteve is a pleasure to work with.He returns phone calls quickly.If he says he's going to start work at 7am on a Monday,he's there. Doesn't waste time or money. We have carpeting in the bedroom and the stairwell.All of that was well protected. The carpentry work was excellent.Both rooms look brand new.
Description of Work: We had severe water damage to a bedroom ceiling,and walls.The water continued down to the den just below the bedroom. Both rooms were totally gutted and plastered.New electrical wiring was required in the den along with 2 new windows .We also decided to improve the washer/dryer area in the den by enlarging it and adding new bifold doors to close it off when not in use.A new clothes closet was also created next to the washer /dryer area. The den floor was refinished.

 + 3 moreWe were absolutely blown away by the quality of work and professionalism of Steve and his crew. They showed up every day precisely at 7 AM and went straight to work. They were courteous and genuinely very nice people. These guys are top notch craftsmen. The quality of the joinery is superb, every corner is perfectly mitered, there was not one detail left out. I can not recommend them highly enough.
Description of Work: Steve consulted with us on the design that we had in mind and made some suggestions that really improved the end product. The project was to refinish a family room/entrance way into a mud room/family room. A wall was constructed, doors hung, wainscoting installed in the mud room, coat closet and back entrance way. Recessed lights installed, sconces installed along with accompanying switches and moving outlets for a future computer nook. Custom milled trim around all doors and windows along with custom baseboards all done to match the rest of this 1938 vintage home.

 + 1 moreSteve is a professional, we provided him ideas, he told us the straight story and why we should reconsider... He was right.. He is what I consider a contractor who takes pride in his work, arrived daily on time, exceeded our expectations. We already referred him to 2 family members.
Description of Work: Rebuilt front farmers porch, new decking, new "round poles", changed foyer to add more space, rebuilt fireplace mantle.

 + -1 moreHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE GOT THE PROJECT DONE WHEN WE NEEDED IT TO BE DONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. THE ONLY THINGS THAT DIDN'T GET DONE WERE WHAT WE COULDN'T AFFORD. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WE EXPECTED HIM TO DO.
