Doug arrived on the day promised on time, I had already stripped out all the old bathroom fittings and prepared the wall by cutting out the sheetrock and drilling holes. I just wanted Doug to do the plumbing work. He carried out the work in a professional and timely manner, alsos giving me tips on how to complete the work i can do myself., He did this without being smart or condersending. As the area is a work zone I did not need him to clean up totally, but he left the area as he found it.. I would use Doug again for any plumbing requirements I might have in the future and I was very happy with the whole experience. The final bill was very reasonable for the material he puchased and the time spent.

When I called and told Doug that my tank was leaking he asked me what I wanted to replace it with and I said electric, same as I had, 30-gallon electric, and I wanted it to be energy efficient. He brought the tank with him and had the old one out and the new one in about a half hour. I really appreciated how fast he did the job.
