Second time we've had to repair our washer. Great service, actually returns calls, arrives on-time and completes service professionally & promptly.

Smooth, I have an older oven in which the brand is no longer produced. He was able to find a part made by Whirlpool which works with my oven.

Ken was great, very knowledgeable about Whirlpool dishwashers. Called promptly to set up appointment and diagnosed problem quickly and ordered dishwasher pump. Within two days everything was fixed and price was very reasonable.

actually have two ice makers. Able to get one working but not the other.

Ken responded promptly and kept me informed. He was very professional and didn't try to gouge the repair price in my time of need. He was great!

I left a message for Ken and he called me back the following morning. He was very professional and courteous to speak to! He was able to come to your house the next evening fixed our dryer at a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend him and hire him again!

He was very good. I liked him. He tried hard. He came back and didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

Provider returned my call the same day & we made an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly, and since he had asked the brand of the dryer, he had the part needed with him. He completed the job promptly, and I thought charged a fair price.

I will certainly call him the next time I an appliance to be repaired.

Fine. Ken diagnosed the problem, gave us a quick fix to tide us over a few days until he could come back to do the repair, then made the repair exactly as promised.

Ken was exceptionally prompt and attentive. For both the initial and the followup visits, he showed up on short notice and at our convenience. When he did the installation, he had to run out to Home Depot to get an additional part, but still only charged us the $100 he had originally estimated.

My experience was excellent. He did a very good job. He was respectful, prompt, clean and very reliable. The company was very good to deal with. He went out of his way to make it affordable, like he gave us several choices of how to fix them and a list of expensive options.

Excellent. He knew what the problem was without opening the drier (although he did to confirm that he was right). He showed me the bad part, explained everything well and got my consent before doing anything.

Immediatey correctly diagnosed problem as a plugged freezer drain. Ken Connors, whose motto is "Fast and Friendly", fixed problem in less than 1/2 hour. It woulld have been quicker if we had not had the freezer compartment jammed full of stuff. Refrigerator has been running like new ever since. Highly recommended service provider.

We have been very pleased with Ken and will definitely call him again. He is friendly and efficient. He is simply a pleasure to work with and the work is done right every time. It was a huge load off of my back for him to help me with the pickup, purchase, delivery and installation of the dryer in my rental unit. It freed up hours of my time. I originally found Ken in the phone book and I am so glad that I did.
