They have very poor customer service. Not only did they bill me for a service they did not provide, they never tried to rectify the fact that they did not provide a service for which they were paid. Furthermore, they should have said up front that they would not bother to let anyone know that they do not call to let the recipient know they have a delivery before just leaving without delivering the flowers.
Description of Work: They were supposed to make a flower delivery and did not. Despite having my phone number and the recipient's phone number, neither I nor my sister (the recipient) were notified of a delivery and that no one was home. They charged my credit card and then only tried to re-deliver three days later after I sent an angry email. They never offered an apology, or tried to do any service recovery. Then they tried to minimize their wrongdoing by saying I sent an email "cussing them" which is a total fabrication, as I did not swear in the email. I did make it clear I'm angry, and I have every right to be.
