We have been using their services for about 15 years.  I wouldn't trust anyone else.  They are best..  They have trimmed and/or taken many trees down for us - some very big ones that were close to the house.  Never a problem = never hurt the lawn, cleaned up and are true professionals.  Would recommend them over any of the companies that I have seen in my neighborhood.

The service turned out very well. They are very thorough and do a good job. Scheduling is always easy and I have been happy with their work.

They were perfectly fine. They were a little pricy compared to others in the area but they did a good job. They were very efficient and scheduling was easy. I was happy with their work.

The service was just fine. We have them on a retainer and they came 3 or 4 times. They figured out when it would be best to come out for each service.

The service turned out excellent. The workers and Chris Fletcher are very good. I think Chris is extremely knowledgeable and a nice guy. The people that Chris sends in are quality people. Their prices are competitive. I give them very highly marks.

Everything went fine.  They were very efficient.  It was a big job and they handled it very well.  They'd obviously done this before.  They had some sort of mechanical problem which caused them to return another time to grind the stump.  They were very apologetic but showed up promptly to finish the job.  They've done many things for us and I wouldn't hire anyone else even though their prices are a bit high.  After all, you get what you pay for and I've never been even remotely disappointed with their work.

Professionally done as per our request. Removed swings from the branch to be removed and would have replaced on another branch if we had so desires. Cleaned up extremely well and cut the branch to desired length for use in my fireplace.

Initial spray was not very effective - subsequent calls to come to house to see what was going on were ignored after several attempts.  The local provider for Bartlett was out of Seekonk Mass.

It was a very big project and they were the only company that I brought in for a price estimate that would even do it. As it was, they said the project was much harder than they thought and would have also turned the project down, or priced it higher, if they knew how difficult it was going to be. 

They broke several saws trying to take down the base of the tree. When they got the tree trunk to about 7 feet above the ground they said they could not go any further because they do not have blades that can do it, and to just let the rest of it decompose over years.

It has now been 9 years since it was done and ivy and other plant life has grown out of and around it. I do appreciate that they were able to do the project and do believe that under the difficult circumstances they did as good of a job as they could.

They've provided wonderful service for us over the years.  They do good quality work, they are fairly priced, personable, and I would recommend them to anyone.  When they pull in the driveway you know they're going to provide a quality service.

They responded quickly to my email request. They are fairly expensive. They did a good job on most of the trees. However, they left one obvious broken tree branch that would have taken all of 2 minutes to cut.

Overall it went well. We found the representative to be responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Scheduling was slightly problematic as the crew arrived unannounced at an inconvenient time after we agreed to hire them. However, rescheduling was easy and we are happy with the completed work. They were very neat and removed all debris.

Contacted company, scheduled a site visit, had site visit then never heard from for several weeks. Had to call just to get quote. Approved proposal. Again, no hear from. Had to call again to get a date for service and (surprise!) without notice they showed up that very day! It is hard to know since it is winter what the end result will be.

They were good. Others may find their price high but I liked them.

They have been awesome, did an excellent job. Came out shortly after I called them and confirmed my worst nightmare, that two of our trees were infected. Immediately started treatment and kept up with that, now our trees are healthy and we are on a maintenance program so that the bugs don't come back.

THEY DID A SUPER JOB IN REMOVING A TREE. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WHERE THE TREE FELL AS TO NOT HIT OTHER BUILDINGS. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND THE CLEAN UP WAS DONE TO PERFECTION.

THEY CAME OUT QUICKLY AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY WERE CAREFUL ABOUT MAKING SURE THE TREE FELL WITHOUT INJURING ANYTHING OR ANYONE.

WE HAD CONTACTED SEVERAL DIFFERENT TREE COMPANIES FOR ESTIMATES, AND THIS COMPANY HAD THE BEST ESTIMATED PRICE, THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL AND VERY EFFICIENT. THE EXPERIENCE WAS A VERY GOOD ONE.

THEY PEOPLE AT BARTLETT TREE EXPERTS ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ACT VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND HONEST WORK. THEY CLEAN UP THEIR MESS WHEN THEY ARE DONE AND THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE.
