SERVPRO of Newport & Bristol Counties

servPro performed a first pass removal of damaged walls, floors and ceilings without a problem. Our public adjusted then did a walk-through with the insurance company's adjuster to determine what other areas of the house needed to be gutted.  A list was put together, and servPro was given this list.  This is where is adventure began.   
It took more than a month for them to finally start the second round of work, despite our request that they start as son as possible.  Over that time they often didn't return phone calls and were two weeks late on providing an estimate for the work.  When the work started I was told it would take about a day to complete since they had a large crew on site.  It ended up taking a full week, and there were several walls and rooms that they missed in their demo. 
It took another 3 weeks for them to come back, and they still missed a few things, including an entire room, that were discussed multiple times via phone and email.  They did manage to come back the following week, and on the day of the work they sent a list of what they were demoing, and it was still missing many items (including that room).  I called and emailed multiple times without getting a response, and eventually had to go onsite myself and inform the crew of what they should be demoing.  
In summary, we had lots of trouble getting in touch with people at servPro, they set dates for getting us the estimate and doing the work and missed nearly every one, and repeatedly missed doing work that was clearly communicated with them (and reiterated back to us by servPro on multiple occasions).  Before I went back through my emails and notes I thought that perhaps my level of frustration with the process was overblown, but it really was as bad as I had remembered.
