Chris has worked for me in the past. He explains all work in advance, including helpful suggestions on improvements he thinks could be made. He then gives a very thorough estimate (much of which I included above). He comes on time, has a very professional crew, and completes the work on time and within budget. He and his crew are professional, respectful, AND NEAT!!! They left my house cleaner than they found it. I was having work done in my tenant's apartment, so his timeliness and neatness were very important!
