He is a great guy to work with and the people he hires are very responsive and on time. He does excellent work and his whole crew is polite and respectful. I am picky myself and yet I would highly recommend him.

First half went well, I had given them two checks, 1/2 up front and 1/2 at the finish. Because I thought I would be away, I stupidly gave them a post dated check. Well the date came when they should have been finished, they were about less than half done, they cash check for end of job. After that almost impossible to get job finished, and basically let them go having so called finished very poorly. Grey paint color not matched, so patching stood out a mile, less that half the outdoor light fittings done, some railings not done, back half of shutters not finished, gates not even touched. But in the end finished job myself, and glad to get them off the property.
The most basic lesson, don't pay any contractor up front, even with a post dated check. I guess my own fault really.

He did the work all on budget.
