NE Inspection Services

Bill came highly recommended from our realtor. He did an excellent job for us. He was professional, flexible, extremely knowledgeable and it was evident that he had lots of experience doing home inspections. As we walked through the house during the inspection he took the time to explain in detail what was going in those areas where there was a concern and show us how the systems worked, what things we should be aware of etc. During the inspection, he took a ton of pictures which were included as part of the extensive report that we received. He even sent us links with more information on certain areas we'd discussed during the inspection. Bill made us feel comfortable with the condition of the home that we were looking to buy. We didn't want to have any surprises. The report was 25 pages of in-depth information and recommendations and we received it the same days as the inspection! We were very impressed. At the inspection itself, Bill was there when I arrived.  The process was very straightforward, he looked at everything, took tons of pictures and took the time to explain how things worked relative to some of the basic systems which was really helpful.  He discussed the pro's and con's of the property  with me at the end of the inspection and then by that evening I had a 30 page report on my computer which covered all of the details of the inspection and included relevant pictures of some problem areas.. I had called other inspectors to get prices and Bill's was the most competitive and he did a fabulous job...I couldn't believe he could get out a 30+  page color report in less than 6 hours. A couple of issues that Bill uncovered helped me get a price concession from the seller and they were areas that I would not have picked up on my own.   It was an flawless experience and I would recommend Bill without reservation if you need a home inspector. .
