Professional Organizer, Katy Annulli, will work alongside you to tackle areas that need organization. Katy works on both short-term and long-term projects and the hours are flexible. All Services are Confidential. Services include organization of Basements, Attics, Garages Kitchens, Living Rooms, Bedrooms, Home Office & Closets. KMA Organizing also provides file management, both paper and digital, photo organizing and digitizing, assistance with a move, including packing and unpacking, and estate organizing. KMA also provides bookkeeping, website design, and office organizing for small businesses.

Katy arrived on time and was ready to work as soon as she entered. She asked each time she came what I wanted to work on. I asked Katy to figure out which rents were paid and by whom. I was shocked that my most meticulous renter (a finance person) had not paid me for 4 months!! Wow, was I glad that I hired Katy of KMA... She also found the paperwork I needed in order to be reimbursed by an organization that made me go through a lot to be reimbursed...over $2000! Then I had a kitchen with a warranty and I needed to submit all the receipts (from over 10 years ago) because it was still under warranty and was defective (peeling cabinets within the first year, which I had already proven). Saved me over another $3000! Then Katie saw that iPage was charging me about $100 MONTHLY when my original offer was about $100 per year and I didn't realize I was being charged this fee...so far I have saved about $300 for this. Then Katie and I together collaborated on a new website, and while this was new to her, she managed to pull it off and it is functioning and is much less expensive than the "cheap" one by iPage and is bringing in clients. It is also attractive and modern! She also helped me get together all of my tax papers and she entered receipts into Quicken (my choice) and then I delivered them to my accountant. This was more difficult than it sounds because I had receipts for rentals, a business, and a number of donations. I had 7 boxes of materials for my business that arrived and I was overwhelmed with where I might put the stuff. She managed to put all of it into my one small file cabinet in the office. Amazing! The only bad thing...Katy decided to move, so if you are in her area, my loss is your gain!
