Description of Work: Kirwin Brothers Contracting remodeled our shower in the master bathroom, did tile and grout, and redo all the plumbing.

 + -1 moreA friend told me about them. I looked them up on Angie's List. They are very professional and approachable. They wanted to stay within budget. They had weekly invoices that they broke down the cost of products and labor it was very detailed. They were really wonderful.

 + 7 moreGreat guys to work with, a full days work for everyone, no slouchers at Kirwin brothers. Dependable, reliable, cleaned up after them. Patient with changes. Good paperwork.
Description of Work: Complete remodel in two phases. most interior work first and about a couple of years later, roofing and siding and windows. Interior walls stripped out, rebuilt, resurfaced. Total re-wire; total re-plumb. Wood floor repair, rehab. Total interior painting and wallpapering. Full bathroom and kitchen remodel. Build out on third floor to convert from narrow, limited-use space to full rec/additional bedroom with bathroom/shower/laundry. Complete removal and re-do of siding and roofing including new gutters.

 + 4 moreWe spent $ 2000 on that work. They provided me with an estimate before they started on the project. We decided to use them because they have done work for us in the past and it was excellent. We continue to use them also because they know our house and they are reliable and do excellent work. We would tell other members that they are excellent in doing quality work.
Description of Work: We used Kirwin Brothers Contracting and they completed the project at the end of December and the project included waterproofing the basement of an old house, put in new widows, painted the floor, put in new wood work, stair rail and basically cleaned out and brightened up an unfinished basement.
