 + -1 moreGeneral contractor for new construction. Provided crew for may of the trades although not qualified to perform the work. His technique is to underbid and then send unexpected bills without discussing with the client. These unexpected bills are for charges that were included in the original contract. Also requires payment before work is complete, when it is explained that payment will be made per the contract disbursements he responds unprofessionally. Do not hire.
