Description of Work: Picked up from previous contractor, finished rehabbing rental unit kitchen and bathroom. Fireblocked. Rehabbed remaining first floor apartment. In both cases they were aware of my limited budget, but put in small improvements to increase the interest of possible tenants. Work was done well and on time. When I had an issue with the Laminate floor they even took time to be on hand for review with the warranty inspector.
