interior painters
 + -1 moreI tried to contact Alberto painting by phone and mail, and was not contacted back. Finally I spoke with the owner on the phone, who lied, as described above.
Description of Work: I was renting a property from a landlord and before turning it over to him, I scrubbed every inch of the home, including the interior kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I was given a bill from Alberto painting for $350.00 for cleaning services. When I phoned Alberto painting, he told me he spent two days vacuuming spider webs from the garage and workshop. Clearly this is bogus; the time spent and money charged are outrageous. Other than that he claims to have cleaned the very same cabinets I scrubbed; something is going on. This landlord either had Alberto write a fake receipt in order to keep my security deposit, or Alberto grossly overcharged for some menial task he performed. I am a Realtor and taking the matter to court.
