A great group of workers. I originally contacted Two Brothers after reading reviews on Angie's List. I was met by Dan to go over my needs and to address any issues that might arise. A quote was worked up and emailed to me within a day or two of our initial meeting. Following a confirmation, scheduling was completed and work began within a few days. The crew, including Jon and Rex couldn't have been nicer. They were always polite, and answered any and all questions I had. They laid out drop clothes to protect bushes and interior carpeting and wordwork. Windows were covered with plastic to protect from overspray, when ceiling were applied. Once work began, they stayed until completion, starting early and working until 5 each day. Initially, the deck was not part of the plan, but because I had been taking quotes, John prepared a quote which met with my approval. The deck was the last leg of the project. I can't say enough about these young men. They were all very professional, hardworking and honest. I would recommend them highly and will hire them again when the need arises.

Dan showed up promptly to look at the property and construct an estimate. He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. We received our estimate by email THAT EVENING. Work was scheduled within a week of receiving the estimate, despite the fact that they had a full schedule that spring. Dan's brother, also pleasant, professional and knowledgeable, showed up with 1-2 painters and they quickly got to work. They sanded and primed in one day. The following Monday, they showed up to put the final coat of paint on and were gone around 1PM. Done. $7K cheaper than other estimates we received for exterior SPOT painting. Highly recommend these guys!

Two Brothers did a fantastic job on my rental house.  My rental unit is a nice home in Newport that I recently bought, it needed fresh paint throughout the entire interior, walls, trim, and cielings.  You can go on their Facebook page and their handiwork on my home, I just posted the pics.  
***After making the decision to hire them, I dug deeper online and found a couple of negative reviews from a few years back- it concerned me, but realized you need to take those reviews with a grain of salt, some people are very unfair.  Regardless, I stuck with them and I have zero regrets, they did a fantastic job on my house and I am very happy customer, I highly recommend them, disregard those negative reviews***
Selecting/Bidding process:
I interviewed about 5 different contractors to get quotes.  Dan Woolford came over to the house within a day or two and gave me a quote on the spot and stuck to it!  I was impressed by his confidence, he told me at that meeting that they do good work and that "I will really like what they do", and he was right, in the end I am very very happy with their work.  So I ended up going with Dan because of his confidence and professionalism. His price was not the lowest, but it wasn't the highest either, so I went with him and have no regrets.
Starting the Job:
Dan originally told me he could get to work on a specific date in December, he then pushed it back a week, which I was concerned about because I wanted to get the house on the rental market.  He understood my concerns, was apologetic for the snag.  He assured me he could get to work a week later, and we would still finish on time.  He ended up showing up a little earlier than the amended date, and he still finished on time.  He had John and Walter do the work, John was the lead guy.  They showed up bright and early on day 1 and got cracking.
During the Job:
I was actually on site most days the painters were there because I was doing some carpentry work in the house.  I got along great with John and Walter, those two had this system where they just cranked out the painting job in a very efficient manner.  They had all the right equipment, all the right tools to do the job, and did a fantastic job throughout.  I had a tongue and groove ceiling in one of the rooms that was still wood stained in color, and I wanted it white, so they sprayed a shellack that ended up turning out fantastic.  I made a few modifications to colors during the job which John and crew handled without any issue.  One of the days, John came down to where i was working and asked me to double check the paint color in the master bedroom.  He had painted a small section of the wall and though the color was a bit dark, so he grabbed me so I could determine if the color I selected was what I actually wanted (it was dark, it looked brighter on the color swatch).  Johns intuition proved right, I thought it was way too dark.  I asked him for recommendations, he suggested I check out this color called Greige, it's like a light gray that's really popular right now, I checked it out, thought it would look fantastic, so we switched, and I'm glad we did, the color came out awesome, so thanks John!  On their second to last day I made another change where I decided to have them paint the kitchen, which was not part of the original quote.  On the spot john said no problem, we adjusted the price, and no issues, they cranked that out in no time, and I'm glad we made the change.  I am very proud of their work, the house is great.
After:  Dan came back to take a look at the house about a week after the job was complete, i was satisfied so I paid him the final installment of the job.  They are adamant about ensuring I was happy with the job and were willing to come back afterwords in the event touchups were needed, which they weren't.  I am pretty sure they would do that without charge.  
All in all, I am very, very happy with their work, the home is now perfect, I highly recommend them and will use them for all my future painting needs.  

Perfectly. I have never had such a good experience with painters before. They arrived exactly on-time, were very professional, had a great attitude and did very good quality work. They did an excellent prep job caulked everything and put on two coats of paint. Their estimate was spot on and $300 less than any other estimate I received. I can't praise these guys enough. I will use them anytime I need to paint.
