Phone Service - Cellular
It's good. I've been in California and my wife has been in Spain in Portugal and never had some problems calling. The cost is not bad. Wherever I go, I can get in touch with people back here in Rhode Island. My minutes include long distance and everything and 100% free texts and stuff like that. I would recommend them. My house is 150 years old and it's got concrete and firewalls and things like that so there are certain parts in the basement where my daughter loses reception but I could be in California and I could call my daughter in Portugal with no problems. They're A's. I continue to use the service.

Landline Phone Service
We are not sure we like them. Their prices are on the high side for what we get. We were told it was going to cost 3 times what it was supposed to cost if they had to install it. They called us by computer voice and asked us several questions which we answered by saying yes or no. The person that came out was not professional. We are on the fence as far as whether we would use them again or not.
