Auto Tires
They're helpful and efficient. They're very good, very friendly. They explain the work they're doing and the options that are available.

I was very happy with them, they gave me a good price, extended the rebate that they had on the tyres. It was late in the day, they were backed up and a couple of the guys stayed late to finish the job so it was a good experience. The tyres I wanted, they didn't have them in stock and one of the guys drove over to another store to pick them up.I spent about $750 for 4 tyres. They went out of their way to help me. They could have asked me to come back in a couple of days and that could've saved everybody some work but they went all out and bent over backwards for me. They really had their act together. I dealt with 3 or 4 people in there; the counterman, the supervisor and a repairman and every one worked well together. What could've taken all day long got done in 2 hours.

Town Fair Tire Centers of Rhode Island is very quick and responsive. They had it brought down from another store. It was a Saturday and we really weren't expecting them to do that but there was a kind we wanted and they didn't have it so instead of spending a lot of time to sell us the tire that they had, they found our tire and they got it down for us. They got it installed for us that day too. It really was a fair price. They did a good job with negotiating. Both of our cars got it from them.

Auto Tires
I went in without an appointment, and they attended to me right away. I told them what I needed to have done to my car, and they did they best they could to accommodate. In fact, the man that was attending to me even went out of his way to ensure that I got the best price that I could on the rims and tires I wanted to purchase. I know this because he looked through everything in their inventory on their computer right in front of me. He moved the screen so we could look at together, and he pulled up each one that I was interested in and told me the pros and cons of each.
Normally when I go to auto body shops, being a girl and not knowing anything about cars, I get this vibe that they aren't really trying to help me and that they are all in it for the money, telling me I need to get this and that done. But I have never gotten that feeling when I go here. I feel like they are honestly trying to help me. I picked out the rims and tires that I wanted, and unfortunately, the rims were not currently in stock. It was a tire and rim deal, so if i got both together it would be cheaper, and I had a flat tire and was riding on my donut, so i had to get my tires done right then and there. The man there made a phone call and told me that he could have them delivered there the next day. I couldn't come back in until the following week for the rims. I was a little disappointed that I wouldn't be getting the deal, when he corrected me. I would have to pay for the tires, but when I went back to get the rims, he would refund me the money, charge the tires and the rims together so that I could get the discount, and then charge me. At first I was confused and wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to be charged twice, but he patiently explained himself until I understood. Not once did I feel any irritation from him.
They did my tires for me and aligned everything and it took about 45 minutes. They showed me the receipt and and everything on the computer before I paid, ensuring that I knew everything that was done and how much it cost. I paid, he handed me the receipt and told me to bring it back when I came to get my rims done in case he wasn't there. He had left a note of when to do so if I did go when he wasn't there, I would still get my discount.
I ended up going back about five days later, and he was not there. I did as he said and brought with me the receipt and showed it to the new man who was just as nice and helpful as the first. He walked me over to a stack of boxes that held my new rims. He opened each box and showed me the quality of my purchase before installing them, so I that could be assured that those were what I purchased and that they were to my standards. I know it is probably what they do every time, but I appreciated being able to see them first. He told me it would be about two hours, and when I sat down, they have a little TV. and a bunch of magazines. I didn't need any of those though because one of the workers who had seen my car was talking to me about it. We talked for about the entire time (while he did inventory I think?) and an hour and a half later, I saw my car with their brand new rims being pulled up to the front of the building. The driver came out of the car, handed me my keys and explained to me that an attendant would be with me shortly. I waited for about ten minutes at the counter, (they were pretty busy at the time), and he came right over to take care of me. He didn't rush me even for a minute. He showed me everything he did on the computer. He refunded my previous purchase, added the tires and rims together, applied the discount, and recharged me the proper amount, a little more than $500.00 for four new tires and four new rims. They explained everything to me to keep them taken care of, and I thanked them for their time. That was probably the most pleasant auto service experience I had ever had, and I have had a lot of auto body shop experience.
Everyone at this location is so friendly and helpful, I would recommend this location to anyone.
