It worked fine. They did so pretty fast and the money which was their standard fee wasn't too bad. They didn't have the part but they came out and worked out on it.

The electric dryer stopped heating 7 days ago.  Because I have a "Protection Agreement" on Sears appliances in my home, I called last Monday morning for repair service.  The call center had me go through the list of possibles before transferring me to the appointment center.  Unfortunately the earliest appointment was 7 days later, difficult when you are drying clothes for 6 in the household.  The appointment center was ordering and sending out the part they thought was defective. The repair man arrived within the allotted time and diagnosed the problem.  Fortunately he had the parts in his truck stock from the accumulation of parts from other customers that they didn't need. I was glad I could contribute to his inventory with my not needed parts. He performed the repairs in a timely manner, gave me instructions on maintenance and left.

The repair would have cost $240 without the maintenance agreement.  I would recommend buying the "Protection Agreement" if you intend to have Sears Repair Services maintain the appliances.

The service was great. They fixed my ice maker. The technician was very personable and attentive. He was also prompt and courteous. The man who came out was very competent and did a nice job. I would recommend him.

We just called the number that was in the phone book. He was very punctual. He was right on the button. He diagnosed the problems with the stove. The quality of his work was excellent. We paid the price for the service call. I don't know how the price compares with that of others.

They were very nice and understanding that I had to return the appliance I purchased. The owner is a really nice person. I love just to go in the store and talk with him. They are very professional and offer great customer service. They make you want to keep coming back.
