The company was very helpful and friendly. Steve, one of their technicians was extremely patient, explaining the different options for repairing the laptop.

THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB FIXING MY COMPUTER. IT REALLY DIDN'T TAKE THEM TO LONG TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG AND HOW THEY WERE GOING TO FIX IT.
