NEWPORT PROPANE

Our garden project involving the installation of a gas firepit, a gas fireplace and of an in-ground propane tank allowed us to meet different people from Newport Propane, at various stages of planning and execution. We cannot speak but in congratulatory terms about their service. Starting from the initial assessment of the job and ending with the installation, our expectations were surpassed each time. They were prompt in scheduling the work and showed a high dedication to the details of the execution. The communication was great at all times, we were kept in the loop with all developments. Also very courteous and accommodating when bugged on site for technical details (if you are one of those). Good reliable people, good solid work: that's what we got. Keep it up guys!

We have been using this family company for over 7 years now and would highly recommend them. They have also installed an automatic back up generator and run a gas line for our gas grill on our deck. They are always prompt, professional and courteous.

They do quality work.  May have to pay a bit more but worth it.  Use stainless steel components and offer good advice prior to installation.

Newport Propane was on time. They checked existing install for leaks and credited work that was not needed. The total was $200 less than the estimate.

They will definitely be my propane supplier for the long term.

Very kind and courteous when discussing via phone. Helped us transition away from Suburban Propane (price gouging, poor customer service). We were able to lock in a fixed rate about $2.00 cheaper than what Suburban had been charging us.

The workmanship was of the highest quality, and they were very professional in everything, even agreeing unhesitatingly to come back and recover with mulch a disturbed mulched area.  I have no negative comment, except perhaps that the whole process took somewhat longer than originally envisioned -- but this was mainly because of generator delivery delay by the manufacturer (Generac).  I am VERY pleased with the services which this company provided for us, and am VERY happy that we chose to use them for this work.

I switched to Newport Propane for my regular service about 3 years ago. When it came time to move my tank from the front of my house to the rear, I needed to have a licensed company do the work. Their estimate was very reasonable and they showed up as scheduled. They were very courteous and professional. When checking the final connections, they were very thorough and actually found a and quot;substandardand quot; connection that was totally unrelated to their work. They took the time to fix it right, even late on a Saturday afternoon.
A great company who provides wonderful service at a very respectable and honest price!

I have been receiving automatic propane delivery for 6 years from this company.  I have never run out of propane!  They are very polite on the phone and I have no complaints at all.

I WILL DEFINITELY CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN THE NEXT TIME I NEED SOMETHING LIKE THIS DONE. THE COMPANY CAME ON TIME AND GOT THE WORK DONE QUICKLY. THEY ALSO CHARGED A REASONABLE PRICE.
