We have two very different houses in size and scale, and we are extremely happy with the systems installed in both houses. Their up-to-date knowledge of current technology makes us comfortable with their recommendations. We find it very helpful that they provide both heating and plumbing services. Pricing has always been competitive. They are very responsive when we require on-going maintenance or repairs.
Our most recent contact was an emergency repair of our heating system during the cold-spell a fe weeks ago. We were out-of-state when our low-temperature alarm warned us, at 2am on a Sunday morning, that the heat had failed in our house. We contacted Donovan & Sons, they called us back, followed our directions to let themselves into our house, fixed the problem...all in one hour!

First of all, Sharon in Customer Service answers the phone or calls right back.  Big plus for plumber/HVAC to answer calls.  Knowledgeable, on time, neat (left boots at front door), and price was consistent with others in area.  Everything now working efficiently.  Nice to have a technician (Bryant) who knows what he's doing for this crucial element of our home.  Will definitely use services again.
