Home Building
Rick Chartier is an experienced business man and his contracts are complete and detailed. This leaves you knowing where you stand and what the scope of the project actually is. As a new widow, he made me feel very comfortable and so did his workers. Rick has an exceptional work ethic and keeps tabs on all subs, timelines, and wishes of the person he's working for. When some of the work he did for me failed about 3-5 years later due to faulty materials, he responded to my complaint and made the repairs promptly , only charging for new materials.
In short, though his prices are higher than some, you will get your money's worth and real peace of mind because Rick is really in charge and responsive.
