Excellent. Cary brought in some excellent concrete contractors and was thorough in finding me the best price for the concrete. Work was done as soon as weather allowed. Quick and excellent work!

Excellent experience with Cary. He was on time, clear, communicative, and wonderfully knowledgable. He also wasn't phased when the electrical inspector upped his requirements. Cary knows all the tricks of the trade due to his many years of experience . He also brought his waterproofing expertise to sealing in the conduit.

Cary is the contractor all contractors hope to be and every homeowner wishes they called.  Cary answers phone calls, returns texts and is on time.  I originally called Cary for basement waterproofing help, and we decided I could do it myself and he gave me the company to buy everything at.  I then called him to do the concrete pouring for my Garage, and decided it would be best if he also did the site work, so the site would be prepped accordingly for the pour after construction.  Fast forward... He did a beautiful job and is an incredible talent with the backhoe / excavator.  He even was able to drag and place some larger stones on my property to help me start the retaining wall.  Furthermore, Cary fit me in immediately and let me buy the fill directly so I might save money.  The site looks great and the builders arrive Monday.

Cary was very responsive to my initial inquiry and provided an initial estimate after measuring the job. He was here every day (no days off) and completed the job in a very thorough and professional manner. He also offered his professional opinion and expertise regarding any finishing touches I might want to add in terms of landscape design (border plantings, lighting, etc.). He also offered his thoughts regarding maintenance of the pavers as well as various other do's and don'ts. The job was completed on time within the estimate and adds a great deal of "curb appeal" to the property.

The crew was polite and professional . They worked long shifts and completed the work to my satisfaction . The communication was great with Cary , the foreman of a crew consisting of two of his brothers . I actually would give Wagner Construction an A + and would recommend their services .

Cary was great to work with and got the whole job done in two days.  I would highly recommend him to anyone needing big landscaping work.

He was behind on all his work because of all the bad weather, but came when he could.  The work was finished within two weeks. 
He felt bad because we had to wait, and came with loom to fill in where the cement truck gouged our lawn.  He even  raked it all out.  I thought that was very considerate and went beyond what we asked for.

I researched on Angie's List for replacing cement stairs.  I called Mr. Wagner and he returned my call promptly.  We discussed what I wanted to have done.  He came to my house the next morning and looked over the property then called back on the same day to discuss his findings and price.   He mentioned it wasn't warm enough to lay cement and we should wait one more week when the weather forecast was expected to be warmer, as I agreed.  The following week the weather was warmer and he arrived and started the job promptly.  In two days he was finished, and it looks beautiful. The stairs and walkways are not the typical plain cement but outlined nicely all around on the outside.  He suggested the patio be oval rather than round because it would fit our outside table better, which I agreed. We have had alot of compliments on his work.  I highly recommend Wagner and would definitely use him in the future.    

It was Cousins Cement Contractors that was the sub-contractors Anthony and David Scialo 401 516 0324 were very thorough and clean. They where very concerned about noise, convenience for my mother and  neatness. I would hire them again, they went over and above with the job.

We really had been let down by Home Depot who sold us the laminate flooring. When they came to install it, their contractor said that the flooring could not be laid because the floor was uneven, then left ! We had no idea what to do, some contractors advised one thing, some another, most were uninterested. However when we telephoned Wagner (after consulting Angies list) he said he could help even though he had to travel a good way to get to us, and from this very first contact we felt really comfortable, and relieved!  He and his assistant arrived punctually, they determined the areas which were not level, determined the best course of action and did it that day, They were very helpful and professional.

We contacted three contractors through Angie's List.   The first declined to visit our property and gave a quote over the phone.  The second visited and said a quote would be forthcoming but that quote has yet to be received.  Mr. Wagner, the third contractor, came the day after our initial phone conversation.  He was very personable and helpful in his analysis of the situation and its solution.  He verbally offered his estimate of cost and time required for the work and emailed the same information that same day.  We decided to use his firm and were scheduled and repaired within a few days. Mr. Wagner contacted us to make sure the day and time worked for us.  The crew came promptly, worked efficiently, and left the property in excellent order.  They were cheerful and cordial gentlemen, polite at all times, hard workers and a pleasure to meet. We are very satisfied with the repair and very impressed by Mr. Wagner and his employees.  We would use his services again and recommend him to others.

Cary was fantastic.  He responded promptly to our request for a quote.  He was courteous and professional and when we decided to have him do the work he wasted no time ordering the supplies and scheduling the work.  Once they started installing the patio they worked every day until it was completed and made sure it was exactly what we wanted.  The result is beautiful!  I highly recommend Wagner Construction.

I contacted Cary last week ( 5/7/2013) for a quote on the job. He came out  the next day to price the job and offer advice on it. He called Saturday to let me know that they would be here on the 15th, arrived a little early. By noon the problem was exposed, repaired and the pad was poured. Very knowledgeable crew, extremely efficient. Wouid not hesitate to call.again.

Cary described what his inspections would cover, did them quickly and explained thoroughly along with a couple of tips such as how to measure if cracks in basement floor grow.

We are happy with the work that Cary Wagner performed.  It was done exactly as he explained it would be.  He's an honest guy and we would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and family.

Received an estimate within 24 hours.  Price was considerably lower than several other "major" companies.  They worked into the night to avoid bad weather on fourth day.  Completely professional and courteous.  We were very happy with the quality and care and price.  Would use Cary again and recommend to anyone.  Thanks Wagner Construction!
