UNITED REPLACEMENT WINDOWS & HOME IMPROVEMENT

There was protection that came with the house that was failing, water was running down the house in the wrong place. Jerry Prete was here and he had his brother out here and his son I think, they were up there all doing work and when they got through it rained a couple of days later and it's wonderful, the rain is not falling down the windows like it had been. What was left there was a piece of junk, it just wasn't done right. We didn't go up on the roof and look at it, he said you got this rain guard thing, etcetera, etcetera and it was nothing. So they were on time, they were terrific and we like them so much and we talked to the guy and he's going to be coming back in a week or two to put a new bathroom in because we like him. He was nice, he was on time, he come out here on Sundays and talk to you and he had kids in the car and he was going places and he stopped by and gave a real personal touch.

They also did a little redesigning of the porch. They were very good and very professional. I dealt with Gary, the owner. He was a very good person to deal with. They were fairly priced and provided great service. I was more than pleased with them.

We were very happy with Jerry from the start. He always returned our calls and showed up when he said he would. The room turned out better than we imagined. The quality of the finish work was just as nice as the overall construction. He and his crew were very polite and professional and cared about doing a good job. My dogs liked them too.

Gerry, the owner, is fantastic to work with. Great guy who is very responsive and knows what he is doing. Completed the job in two and a half days and we are having them back to fix up our screen porch. We got an estimate from another company first and for the same job, same exact windows and United was 50% of the price. I highly recommended using United Replacement Windows!

THE MEN THAT PUT THE WINDOWS IN FOR ME WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALWAYS MADE SURE THE WINDOWS WERE SEALED UP TIGHT BEFORE THEY LEFT AT NIGHT. I HAVE NOTICED THAT MY ENERGY BILL HAS BEEN LOWER!

THEY WERE CAREFUL WHEN THEY WERE WORKING IN MY HOME. THEY MADE SURE THE WINDOWS FIT TIGHT AND THAT NO AIR WAS LEAKING THROUGH THE WINDOWS WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.
