Weirdly, they did an OK job on some of the house, but we had concerns about safety related to lead-paint hazards as well as with the quality of work on certain areas, particularly the trim. When I asked that the company address these issues before I give them their final payment, one of the owners showed up unannounced at my house at 7 a.m., immediately escalated the conversation without attempting to discuss our concerns, threatened to put a lien on the property, accused me of trying to steal from him (all this in front of my young son), called the police (the patrol car arrived as I was leaving to take my son to daycare), sat in his truck on the street outside the house for an hour and a half after I had asked him to leave, and left my property only when I gave him the final check, which I did out of fear that he would further escalate his menacing behavior. To say they're unprofessional is an understatement.
