This was one of my most disappointing purchasing experiencing I have had. Initially, I was excited to work with a local craftsman on a new bedframe. Unfortunately, George seemed to be very responsive- until a payment had been made. After a week of chasing him to coordinate delivery, waiting on promised phone calls that were never made and deadlines come and go. At this point, I am still waiting on an outstanding sum and again he ignoring all my efforts to connect. Depending on perspective, he is too busy to communicate with customers and ensure that payments are appropriately refunded or he is a crook trying to rob customers of funds owed. I do not recommend this company, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
