They were on time and clean and easy to talk to about their services.

My heating radiator pipe was banging and water leaking all over the house. I call and asked if he could come down today and take look, he did. He took a look at my system and said he will add a cleaning solution that will take care of the problem. The banging stop and everything is back to normal. My house is silent and warm again. The price was reasonable price and he did great job.

I was having trouble locating a contractor willing to come into a project at prime heating season. I called Martel on Monday. Tuesday they looked at the job. Thursday they confirmed they had the parts and Friday did all the work in less time than they originally anticipated. Pricing was very reasonable and I paid what was quoted. Excellent.

Something was wrong with my water heater, I looked up and called Martel Plumbing within the same morning. Within a hour they were here, they told me i needed a new one and by 1pm i had a brand new water heater fully installed and the old one safely taken out and disposed of. The only thing is the price. A bit high, but your paying for the service which was nothing but excellent and I'm completely thankful for it!

I thought I reviewed this company back in August but due to my error it was not and I will rectify the situation now. My water heater broke in July and through Home Advisor I contacted Jim at Martel. He asked me to send him a picture of the old heater along with the model and serial numbers.He arrived at my residence an hour later with the new water heater. Two hours later he had installed the unit, took away the old one, cleaned up and presented me with the invoice. It was virtually painless. It was such a pleasure to deal with a person of his expertise and professionalism. What I thought was going to be a long drawn out problem was handled in just a few hours. I would recommend Jim and his company for all your plumbing needs

Jim completed all new plumbing including bathroom kitchen, and all new heating. No issues, no problems, worked in a timely manner and clean up.

We had our old hot water tank, furnace and paper furnace removed and replaced with a Navien Combination unit. Jim"s crew were amazing. Very professional, cleaned up entirely, and explained everything to the fullest. They were at our house for 11 hours and didn't leave until everything was just right and working properly. Will hire them again for any service I may need in the future.

The heating system installation was completed in one day as promised including the arrangement for removal of the oil tank & boiler .At the end of the day everything associated with the old boiler was removed.The quality of workmanship was excellent.All the necessary forms for the National Grid rebate were supplied &explained fully.

I used to work as an oil service tech. I've seen a lot of sloppy install jobs. I have to say that Jim and his team did an awesome job at my house today. Nice straight lines. Quality solder work. They cleaned up the entire area before they left.. Just a real solid install job. Another thing that really impressed me about Jim was his responsiveness. Whenever I called or sent him a text, he did what so many contractors don't,. He actually respopnded, every time.
