He said he was licensed and insured. However, after the fact, I checked his license and it was not valid. Therefore, I doubt if he is insured too. He is not licensed or insured even though it says so on his card. I went to the bank to see if he left his name and address on the cheque but he used Rhode Island Id card. Moreover, when I went to the house, his son came to the door and said he did not live there any more. I knew I was in trouble right there, that was when I reported him to the state police, and they tracked him down. He did come back and tried to work some of it but not all of it. He said the carpet got wet. I would say stay away from FLM Home Improvement. In fact, after that he was sending me threatening e-mails.
