+ -1 moreDidn't seem thorough in finding out exactly what was needed in our case. They were replacing a unit they had installed 10 years ago and that's why I called them. I had no problem with them at that time.
Description of Work: Replaced garage door opener and then need another part which was installed today. Now house opener to the garage still doesn't workl Need a new one. no idea of cost.

+ -1 moreI called because we couldn't open the garage door. He came and fixed it, better than ever.
Description of Work: Garage door spring had broken; he reinstalled the springs, checked the garage door, lubricated the pulleys and made sure that if the springs failed in the future they wouldn't damage the car. This manual door opens more easily than it ever has.

+ -1 moreWE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND WE LIKED THAT THEY HELPED US SELECT THE CORRECT DOOR. THEY ARRIVED WHEN SCHEDULED AND DID THE WORK QUICKLY. THE DOOR GOES UP AND DOWN CORRECTLY, SO WE'RE HAPPY.
Description of Work: WE HAD A DOUBLE GARAGE DOOR AND OPENER INSTALLED IN OUR GARAGE.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY COMPARE, COST WISE, TO THE OTHER COMPETITION BECAUSE I DIDN'T CHECK ANYONE ELSE OUT. I CAN SAY THAT THE DOOR WORKS MUCH BETTER NOW THAT THEY FIXED IT.
