The serviceman was very rude and unprofessional. The unit is making noise now, less than a year old.

Didn't seem thorough in finding out exactly what was needed in our case. They were replacing a unit they had installed 10 years ago and that's why I called them. I had no problem with them at that time.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND WE LIKED THAT THEY HELPED US SELECT THE CORRECT DOOR. THEY ARRIVED WHEN SCHEDULED AND DID THE WORK QUICKLY. THE DOOR GOES UP AND DOWN CORRECTLY, SO WE'RE HAPPY.

I THINK THIS COMPANY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THEY WERE GREAT ABOUT HELPING US FIND A STYLE WE LIKED. THEY EVEN CAME OUT ON A SATURDAY TO INSTALL THE DOOR.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY COMPARE, COST WISE, TO THE OTHER COMPETITION BECAUSE I DIDN'T CHECK ANYONE ELSE OUT. I CAN SAY THAT THE DOOR WORKS MUCH BETTER NOW THAT THEY FIXED IT.
