Joe Cardoso was my contact. He called back within an hour after my initial call to the company. I missed his call. When I called back, he quickly picked-up. He was very polite, and provided a quote over the phone. The company has an automated text systen that sent alerts for every interaction with the company, which I liked. Joe arrived at the house on time, completed the bat removel quickly and efficiently. My overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend this company!
