They originally quoted me just under $6000. Then after the work was finished they charged me an additional 2000 for the weight they stated. But I had someone come out and look at all the things in my home previusly. I feel that they low balled the estimate to secure my business and to top it off they lost parts of my stand up mirror, I have the feet but no legs or the attachments. Also the parts that connected a different mirror and dresser set are missing as well and the legs to my couch are gone.

It was good. They were very efficient. They did a good job. They were very nice. They know a lot about military packing. They brought lots of empty boxes and they packed me up. They were quick and fast. I was very impressed.

The guys were very nice, professional and extremely hard working- we had a LOT of stuff and they knocked it out pretty quickly. My only complaint is we were not told that we were charged from the time the guys left the shop in the morning until they returned, not the time they actually worked for us. And this might not have bothered me too much except, they were late getting to the job site, and then sat in the parking lot for some time instead of calling me to see where I was (I was at the agreed meeting place). All in all, it probably cost me @ $200 more than the move should have, but the work was done well.

After Reviewing you Job, It took 4 Hours, you paid for 3 hours, Balance of Moving Job $145 for extra Hour. You also Had some Packing Done we gave you 15% off Moving Supplies. I hope you can understand the charge for the extra hour. We Thank You for your Business!"

They were diligent and careful in moving things. I did not ask them if they could something else to take some clothing. They usually do not but they do it for me. They were very accommodating.
