Risk Free Home Improvement was a joy to work with. We had our kitchen redone including removing a wall to open up the space. Sean and his team are the best. Their designer John had some great recommendations including the wall removal. The carpenters Joe and Bill were really nice to our dogs and our young son Robert. They kept the space spotless during construction and they finished ahead of schedule. We called Risk Free Home Improvement again when a tree fell on our roof during a storm. Again they were great. Sean's brother Marc worked with our insurance company to make sure that they paid properly for everything to be replaced. Initially our insurance company only wanted to pay for a roof patch but Marc stayed on them for a couple of months actually and he eventually got them to agree to a total roof replacement. I would recommend Risk Free Home Improvement to anyone and everyone.

The experience was smooth and painless. The crew arrived on time and were professional and efficient. They proceeded to remove the old shingles and replace with a brand new and fully guaranteed roof. The job was completed by noon time and all old materials/shingles were removed at no charge. My property was fully cleaned and vacumed. Since my house is 70 yrs old I was fearful this would be a painful and expensive process. It was neither. I have had more stress and worry taking my car to be inspected than I have replacing the roof!. Leak Free Roofing did a great job for me and I highly recommend them to everyone on Angie's List.

It was great! I left for work in the morning and came home to a new roof! My neighbors watched as the men worked and were very impressed with the process and teamwork shown. I had a little communication issue with the office probably due to the holiday season. I am very happy with the results. Great job, Sean....you have a great team! Thanks again!

This company did a very professional job of diagnosing problems and assisting with an insurance claim. The project was done in what must be record time (1.5 days) by a team of nine workers. Cleanup and dumpster utilization was excellent. This is an unusual company that takes pride in its work, all at a fair price.

Workers showed up on time. They proceeded to move anything they thought could be damaged, and covered everything else to keep it from getting damaged. The job was done in a few hours then they proceeded to clean up around the house and yard. I didn't find any debris anywhere and I didn't find any nails left behind. They job looks great and the roof has been Leak Free! I was contacted shortly after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Once they knew I was satisfied with the work they set up a appointment convenient for me to collect payment for the work done. Job well done no problems so far. Would recommend this company to family and friends.

I got many bids for the replacement of my roof and replacement of a new skylight. And ended up choosing Leak Free because of the quality of work they do and materials they use, the GAF warranty and the $1000 off you get as an Angie's List member. The workers did a great job on the roof and cleaned up pretty well. My only gripe is that they walked over my flower beds and squished my plants but I got over it. And a few days later I noticed the downspouts (I think that's what their called) were not put back correctly. But I notified leak free and they got it fixed that day.

Quoted price was $11,000 with fixed minimal free roof board replacements. Was charged $400.00 for additional roof boards that were needed on both the house and garage due to tree limb damage in the past. Matched the older existing boards for thickness.
Showed up on time, did both jobs in one day, plus a few hours the next day for final cleanup and soffit vents. Construction dumpster in driveway for one day only.
They did loosen a front porch light fixture while stripping the roof in the front of the house. No one noticed, but repairs were easy and thought if that's only bad thing that happened, then I was in good shape. I'm sure they would have fixed if asked.
Would recommend to anyone. Am planning to use them on a second house in Jamestown, R.I.
No deposit necessary: That's all they do - roofs only.

1. Didn't show up at the scheduled date, didn't call us. We had to call them
2. Their equipment ( tarps) had huge wholes, so my flowers & scrubs were broken.
3. Put a patch on a brand new roof, didn't tell us.
4. The roof is now buckling in about 5 places.

I've had to call this company to come back 3 times.
I didn't get what I paid for, very disappointed in this company..
I would not recommend Leak Free Roofing to anyone.

IT WAS IMPRESSIVE HOW THEY WORK AS A TEAM.
ALSO, THE PRESENTATION WAS EXCELLENT AND SO FOR AS WE CAN TELL ALL PROMISED IT WAS DELIVERED

The work was scheduled for a Thursday, two weeks in advance; of course that week it rained most afternoons. I was expecting a phone call to reschedule but  as it turned out the crew had the job completed before the rain started that day. Stripping two layers of shingles, underlayment, ice and water dam & gutters. The chimney had to wait until the weekend when it was dry. These guys are great!!!! I would use them again without hesitation.

   The team of 7 guys from Leak Free arrived at my home, promptly at 7a.m. They immediately moved into action. It was so impressive to watch them work together, in the way they did. The entire landscape around my home, was protected by multiple tarps...and they went to work. The roof was completed by 3:30 that same day. After the roof was completed the entire team cleaned up my property in a way that was better than a thorough spring clean up. There were no nails, shingles or anything else found anywhere. I would highly recommend this company.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were very courteous and very polite. They did a good job.

The price was higher than other estimates we received, but the roof came with a lifetime, transferable warranty. The company also has a money back, leak free guarantee.  The crew arrived promptly and set to work immediately.  The crew were all very professional and courteous.  Except for a small section of flashing, the work was completed in one day.  The flashing was finished the next day.

Called Leak Free and 3 other companies for diffrent quotes, Leak Free wasn't the cheapest but much better quality of product which balanced it out I felt. Leak Free and one other company responded quickly and on time and gave a very prof. quote. Sean, our salesman, very freindly and came as soon as he could evertime, even during a snow storm.  
The Crew showed up on time at 7:00am sharp as was stated and accepted by me. 10 guys to do the job wow. But all did thier job quickly and clean. Raked my yard spotless when done.
Our roof is about 2016 sq feet and our chimney is a pretty large one. Weather delayed the chimney but was done quickley and effeciently, the roof was started at 7:15am, and was done at 1:30pm that same day, everything clean up, gutters everthing.
 

Leak Free Roofing, Kevin, listened to my leaking problems. My roof had been leaking for several years and I had other out to try and repair, all failed except Leak Free Roofing. For the first times in years my roof does not leak! The quote was for $3800 to fix my roof in about 4 hours. One of the items that they missed was that I did tell them I have cedar shingles under my vinyl siding. They arrived earlier than originally planned. It took actually took them 2 days to finish the repair to my satisfaction. It took them longer based on the cedar shingles. It was a tough job to remove them to get the the house and apply the ice and water. Even though there was a mix up on the cedar, they stuck to their original price. They made sure I was happy and satified. They were professional at all times.

Arrived at 7a..m.  Began work immediately. Provided tarps for protection to property.  Work was performed without delay, efficiently, and professionally.  Workers were well organized and attentive to detail  All work was completed on the same day.
Cleanup was performed to our satisfaction, leaving no remnants in the yard whatsoever.
Upon opening the front door a small hole was discovered in the screen.  The company wasted no time in offering to repair or provide the funds to do so; and they immediately followed through on this.
