Billy came and looked at my cesspool (at rental property) and make recommendations, as i have to convert to septic system in order to sell it. He was very informative to educate me on what procedure i needed to do. Also recommend that I locate septic at my main residence and have that cleaned out, as i never had that done. I called the office, they were very responsive to make me an appointment the next day to have Speedy Rooter come out with the camera to locate septic. He was great and his customer service was super. He used camera/transmitter to locate area in back yard. Scituate came out later that day to clean it out. Mary from the office called me at work to let me know - i paid over the phone with credit card. Everyone was thorough, educated me about the process, and was true to their word. $400 for camera work to locate septic. $200 for Cleaning

I am a Realtor and this was a home I was selling for a client that had moved out of state. We secured a good buyer and a home inspection was done. The home inspection revealed a problem with the septice system not operating properly. Based on that inspection I had to contact a professional in this field to get an opinion on what the problem may be. I called Scituate Cesspool based on previous circumstances from other homes I had sold. He came out right away did a visual inspection and said the system needed to be cleaned and evaluated by using a camera. This was done and the blockage was removed and the system was restored to proper working order. The response was great. The service was great and the knowledge of the people there have proven that they know septic systems. I have found them to be very responsive,fair,honest and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
