I have a historic (C1800) brick home that is three stories high (40 feet) with wooden soffets lined with copper sheet and copper downspouts. The work performed was a mixed bag of repair work. One gutter had been patched with lead sheet by a previous owner and was now leaking. This was removed and repaired with a new copper lining. They added two (2) new copper downspouts to aid the drainage of rain water from the house. They also capped ten (10) windows with copper to protect the tops from storm damage. When I called they came on time and gave me an estimate and we scheduled the work based on their workload. They came on time, did the work over a two day period and cleaned up the site when completed. They actually did a little extra work, at no charge, sealing up some cracks in the brick face of the house. Good craftmanship, nice fellows, good job. Very pleased.
Description of Work: 1) Repaired one copper gutter, 2) Added two (2) new copper downspouts, 3) Capped ten (10) windows with copper to prevent rain damage.
