Update: I really had high hopes that this company was going to make things right, oh well. It has been two weeks and the company has gone silent now not responding to any texts. Now we are left with a huge hole in the ceiling below the bath that we will have to have repaired at our cost and they never reimbursed us for the emergency plumber. Like I said originally, stray away from this company. Apparently their statement about everyone deserving a bathroom they love doesn't apply to the rest of the house when their work causes issues elsewhere. Update: They did come back out and corrected all the issues and now we are just waiting for them to close up the ceiling, have the final inspection and reimburse for the cost of an emergency plumber. Did a bathroom for my daughter and finished on Friday. Saturday evening I get a call that the pipes in the bathroom were frozen. I thaw them out but the fittings they installed leaked so I had to get a plumber in to cut and cap since they could not respond. That is when I notice they cut the floor joist to get the drain in. When they show up to make the repairs their response to the cut joist was "sometime you need to do it". I asked if that was code and the plumber (if he was one) said I don't know you'll have to ask the carpenter. But that is not all. They never reinstalled the insulation causing the pipes to freeze. The toilet was installed crooked and two screws for the faucet were sticking out through the rear wall. They took out the doorway to get the tub in and when they put it back they feathered the plaster around the frame only two coats and told me that is all they could do because on the contract. These guys are hacks, avoid them at all costs.

Yes, I recommend this pro
Both Gilberto and Dave were on time everyday. They were very professional and courteous. They worked hard and finished my projects early. They explained everything to me. I would hire them again. Very pleased with the workmanship.

The work was done on time and completed on schedule. The installers were very competent and cleaned up completely after each day's work. I did not read the contract carefully enough. I did not see (nor was it pointed out to me) that the company was not responsible for any damage to the bathroom related to the installation. Ceiling paint in the corners of the ceiling was scraped. Not a big deal -- but Re-Bath did not agree to paint the two small areas. The bathroom walls are cedar and some of the wood was slightly damaged during the installation. There was nothing that couldn't have been easily sanded down, but that was left for me to do. The designer (who no longer works for the company) did not give me as much information as I would have liked. He was maladroit in maneuvering through his laptop. That should have been a clue to me that perhaps he wasn't the best designer available. I now know that I should have done more research on my own for small details, except that I relied on his expertise. For example, the grab bar is not as textured as much as I expected. A small detail -- but annoying to me. The insert for the shampoo shelf is not completely level. Consequently, the grab bar directly under the insert doesn't look level. I doubt that many people would notice that. That is a very small detail, but one that I consistently notice. There were a couple of small items that needed attention after the remodel was completed. They were attended to in a timely manner.
