Never even bothered to answer my inquiry

The repairman was late for our first appointment and I was quite upset.  I almost did not use them again but I did because I couldn't find anyone who would try to fix a 15 year old commercial coin operated washer and dryer.  But I am happy I did because after the first appointment the repairman was always exactly on time and did the work well.  I also visited the store and was impressed with their collection of used/refurbished appliances. All the attendants at the store were friendly and helpful.

Cory came on a Saturday morning, returned to base for a part, and completed the work speedily and effectively. I was very happy with the job. I was very happy with Private Appliance because of the timeliness with which they addressed my call. This was my first time using Private Appliance and I would be happy to call them again.

They arrived fairly late in the day (hours later than I was told) and installed the washer fine but forgot to put in a piece that allowed the coin operation to work. Their service guys are great though and are always punctual, professional, and even take the time to explain exactly what is wrong, etc. We had a dryer serviced on the same the washer was delivered and the guy had a bunch of spare parts in his truck that fixed it immediately and at a good price. I have used them since to fix a belt on a dryer in another building as well.
