I found Steve on a website with classified ads. The blizzard of 2013 had just finished and I needed to clean-up. I started to shovel my own walk to find I was exhausted before I even I finished my steps; I had not started my driveway or my walkway. I called his number. A very friendly woman answered. She took my name, number, and address. A few hours later, she called back to let me know that Steve was overwhelmed with jobs but offered to schedule in the morning. We discussed a very reasonable price; unlike one of his competitors who quoted double. He and his son did the job. A very good job!
