All work for both visits completed as promised. I couldn't be happier with the results. Will definitely be contacting them for the larger jobs needed in the future.

Sparks were coming out of an electrical socket and my Mom was afraid to use this outlet. I called Mallozzi Electric and Gary made some time in his schedule to come by. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He listened to my elderly Mom and then fixed the problem plug. She asked him if he could put a new socket for her microwave. He did quickly and efficiently. He fixed a couple of other issues in the house. I would highly recommend him for all your electrical needs. I had called a few other companies but they were too busy for such a small job, but Gary came through!!! A PLUS RATING!

Excellent! Gary was very responsive and upfront about wait time. He showed up as scheduled and was extremely knowledgeable with respect to placement of the lights and options for installation. I run a campus with three historic buildings and have worked with many electricians across the years. Malozzi is at the top of my list and will be my "go to" at home in Providence.

Gary was prompt and professional. He came by first to take a look at the area and advised me what I needed for the job. His work was spot on. It looks perfect. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him highly.

Gary showed up on time and completed work within two hours. He was very nice, explained in detail what he was going to do. He gave an estimate before the job and actually charged us less than the quote. Would definitely call him again.

Everything went great. Gary scheduled a visit, followed up to confirm the appointment, arrived on time, completed the work promptly and efficiently, answered all our questions and suggested some referrals for other contractors.

Everything went very smoothly. Gary advised me over the phone of what in general to look for to purchase for successful installation. He was on time (actually a few minutes early) and quickly assessed the situation. I also needed an additional electrical line pulled down so that I could operate the bathroom fan's components on different switches. Gary Jr. informed me it would be at an additional cost and offered alternatives to achieve what we were looking for - which we really appreciated. There was a lot of sawing and mess involved since the old fan was a different shape. He also did some minor patch work since the new fan was a different shape/size from the old. Gary took out all the scraps with only a minor sweep left for me. Gary Jr. clearly learned the trade well from his father. We will use them again the next time we have an electrical issue. Haven't had electrical work done in a while, so while the price appears fair it was a little higher than expected. Quality work and service should be compensated for.

Gary had installed a similar fan for another customer and was able to reassure me that the fan I purchased would comply with requirements and since it may need to run continuously it really would be whisper quite. He was on time and efficiently installed the fan - really is whisper quiet ! He also provided advice and recommendations on a lighting issue and quickly installed a new door bell system. I will definitely use Mallozzi Electric again.

Got back to us in 24 hours and dur yo a cancellation was.able to do the work that same day. Polite, friendly and efficient. Thought the price was a little too expensive for 2 hours work, however I was pleaded overall.

Gary and his son are the guys you want working on your electrical issues. They are honest, professional and will make sure the job is done right. They will not try and sell you things you do not need but will give you good recommendations on what you should do.

Problem solved, money saved. I have already recommended him to my son and wouldn't hesitate to have him do work in my home.

As stated above, he was totally professional, very pleasant and extremely helpful with all of the details, explaining many aspects of the ceiling fan and the remote to my husband. He check the electrical box as well. He was on time, pick up after himself and was gone in a short period of time. I would certainly recommend the Mallozzi Electric company to anyone of my friends and neighbors.

Provided full explanations and estimates for two additional jobs I'll be having done in the future. It went well. As I said, the problem had been accurately diagnosed. We got a reasonable quote for the extent and difficulty of the work at hand. Scheduling the work to be done was no problem. They showed up on time and the work went without a hitch. Everyone was courteous and friendly and very communicative about the work being done, how it was being done, future issues that might arise (we live in an old house... there are always problems on the horizon). During the walk-through after the work was finished, an issue was discovered and it was quickly fixed.

We will have the panel and all else l replaced in the Spring. And I have no qualms about Mallozzi Electric doing the job, and doing it the right way. For customer service you cannot beat these Gentlemen! Amazing that they actually came out on such short notice, and even more amazing that they fixed the issue, and at a reasonable cost. With customer service being what it is nowadays, I am thrilled that these guys are in business! Thank you!!!! The contractor was easy to communicate with, on time, and completed the work in a quick and efficient manner. No issues were encountered. Would absolutely use them again!

Mallozzi was the only electrician who was even willing to consider doing work in the attic during the summer - everyone else just said they weren't interested in the job. We had our roof replaced and during the process, some old wiring in the attic was destroyed, and the fuse had to be turned off until it was repaired. He came, did the job quickly and well. We were very pleased.

I could not have asked for more outstanding service!! A+++ Mallozzi Electric returned my phone call within 10 min after I left the message, and came to do the service a few hours later! Gary Mallozzi was efficient, thorough, and friendly. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it, double checked the outlet to make sure it was fixed, and explained to me why the problem occurred so I could prevent it from happening again. Now I can hang my holiday lights! I am especially grateful for Gary Mallozzi's responsiveness. Over the past few weeks I contacted 3 different electricians (not including Mallozzi) who were given A ratings on Angie's List, but none of them returned my calls (so frustrating). I recently bought my home, and this the first time I have needed electrical work. I am so excited to have found a dependable electrician, and I will certainly call Mallozzi for any future issues that arise.

They responded quickly and got me into their schedule quickly. Showed up promptly, explained the cause of the problem, and replaced the faulty switch. Also explained how the switch might have become faulty and possible prevention. The $200 charge for a service visit seemed a bit steep to me, but on the other hand it's been several years since I've had to call in an electrician so I can't be sure. Very pleased with the prompt, courteous, professional service.
