The work was not sub-contracted out. The company owner was onsite the entire time. I wish I could find other trades people who would deliver their services at this high level. Steve called shortly after I placed the request with Cynthia at Homeserve, discussed the job over the phone, and quoted me a price. I hired them. Steve and Tony arrived within our agreed upon time time two days later. They were professional, good humored, and competent. Steve, the company owner, took care that everything was as discussed, and Tony did the work (wrapped and removed the asbestos while dressed in a protective suit and mask, and vacuumed the area well). I wish every job went this smoothy. Thank you gentlemen!

Steve was very responsive when I called. He came out that same day to look over the job and called me a price. When you hear the word asbestos you get very nervous that you have it in your home. He made me feel more comfortable that he would take care of the situation and alleviate my problems. He did so very quickly and from what I can tell it was at a fair price

We have an old house in Cranston and it had a lot of asbestos covered pipes in the basement, including in two hard-to-reach crawl spaces. Steve and his team did an excellent job of abatement. They're very clean and professional, they worked very hard and they were responsive and flexible with regard to scheduling. I thought the price was very reasonable for such professional work, especially given our fairly challenging situation. If you came down to my basement now, I doubt you would know that we ever had asbestos! What a big relief! Many thanks to Steve and his team.

good people to work with

Steve was great to work with. He was very flexible in scheduling a date and time to do the work. He arrived a few minutes early and completed the job on time. After Steve left, I noticed some water on the floor from the asbestos removal process. I called him right away. He assured me the water was not toxic and posed no risk. He offered to come back to clean it up which was thoughtful. I told him it wasn't necessary and I would take care of it. There was some rust here and there on the walls, probably from the water splashing, but that was no biggie. The work he did was amazing!. The pipes pipes look like new. He even sprayed some sealant on them in some areas. I would highly recommend Steve and his team!
