He gave me several options, and was able to solve the issue correctly.
Very trustworthy place to go, especially if you have an European car.

My Volvo was having a problem with multiple lights coming and going on the dash for the braking and traction controls. While at the local dealer for recall work they gave me a quote to replace some computer module. I called Dean's and they asked me to bring the car by. In a few minutes they had quoted me a slightly lower price on the same repair, but also gave me an option. They called one of their affiliates who offers to repair these units and after approximately 30 minutes of gathering information from my car they were able to offer this repair service to me at less than half of the cost. The only catch was that it would take a few days between shipping both ways and the actual time to repair the unit. I made arrangements to leave the car and now my dash is warning free.
