Pool and Spa Servicing
The staff was kind but after I paid for services and was unhappy, they did not want to bother with me. They kept blaming me for the issue that I was having saying it was my ladder causing the water loss. Come to find out it was the seaming in the liner that had a hole in it. Once the pool liner came in which was last Wednesday they should have made us top precedence. They said they would come on Friday and didnt show up. I called again and they said we would be out on Monday. I called today and they are now saying they will be here tomorrow. My husband and I have called them numerous times to come out and get the issue fixed but they keep post poning it. Due to my health issues I really need this pool and they are fully aware of that. They could have some type of compassion to help me, but they don't. I've been waiting for them to fix this since early Spring and am still waiting for this to be fixed.

"Liner was replaced at no charge to customer. We had to wait for factory to make a new replacement liner. It is a custom size and not immediately available. Liner was replaced upon its arrival in a very timely manner."

"Liner is not guaranteed against termite or carpenter ant damage. We tried to patch existing holes but termites caused more holes After we patched liner. Offered customer new liner but not labor,which was refused."
