What a nice a wonderful person. Sent screen shots of everything and the next day he and his son came prepared and ready. Explained everything and even went above and beyond. Put a water catch pan under the new water heater and even patched cracks in the exhaust where the pipe was. Thank you so very much. Arthur Dipetrillo Plumbing & Heating was the first to respond to the request for quote. Arthur contacted me within minutes and provided a competitive quote with several options over the phone. He then followed up with a printed quote via text. He was able to come the next day to do the work (New Years Eve!) Arthur and Arthur arrived 20 minutes early and had already begun work after being let in by residents onsite. The work was done in less than 2 hours and Arthur spent the time to explain the job once complete including providing the necessary steps to register the unit for warranty purposes. Searched online, I talked with Arthur on phone first, he is kind and patient and very knowledgeable about the water heater down to the different branding and models, he is a pro. Then I met him in person the next day, everything was done properly and professionally, less than 2 hours, the replacement is done, the old one got taken out. Not only Arthur is a pro, but also he?s patient, punctual and kind. As new house owner, I didn?t have good experience with contractor or house project professional, due to lacking of experience, I always found out I was overcharged afterwards. But Arthur is different, and he changed my typical impression on house professionals workers. I have a Home Warranty and the company couldn't find someone to take the job. They have too much red tape for most companies. So, I finally got permission to seek my own plumber to install a new water heater. Arthur was extreme responsive everytime I had to ask for additional paperwork (required by the warranty company). He was quick to schedule and quick getting the job done. During the install, he discovered a venting issue that was not up to code. He quickly resolved this issue at a very reasonable price. Arthur is an old time Craftsman's that takes pride in his work. I will be keeping his info and highly recommend him.
