This is the most professional and dedicated company we've ever done business with. Our phone call for an estimate was immediately returned and a home visit was scheduled. Mr. Aiello arrived punctually and was a paragon of seriousness and professionalism. He gave a guaranteed written estimate and followed up through the mail with available dates, more information, etc. The installation went flawlessly; the vents and doorways were sealed, the toxic fiberglass insulation was carefully wrapped and bagged in the attic. Turns out the estimate was wrong and more insulation was needed, but we did not have to pay more than the original estimate. 100% confident endorsement--I would only do insulation with AA. Honest, fair, excellent work.

I couldn't have had a better experience in the world. Angelo Aiello - the owner - was wonderful. We communicated back and forth a number of times - always a quick - professional and friendly response. The morning the work was to be done I met him personally at my mom's house. The crew was on time - professional - friendly - did their work quickly and perfectly - and cleaned up spotlessly when the job was completed. And the cost was $800 - precisely the same as the estimate given. Because I presently live about 400 miles away from this home - it's not always easy arranging for work to be done at a distance and everything about this experience was so pleasant - effortless and easy. I have nothing but the utmost praise for Mr. Aiello and every one of his employees! If you had a grade/rating of A+ that is what I would give Mr. Aiello and his company - AA Insulation Inc.!

So far I have been very pleased with him. When he said he was going to be here he was and he is very professional. Everything has been great so far.

He was communicative. I wasn't on-site, but it was clean. He honored his scheduling commitments. The estimate I got was right on the money. The only problem I had was that I gave him a deposit and the rest was supposed to be payed when he was done. He was a bit testy because the check was not there when he was done. I am in Maine and wasn't able to see when he was done. So, I understand his position. It won't keep me from doing business with him again if I need it.

It was great. The end cost was what they estimated it would be. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and they got the job done on time.

I already notice a difference in sound reduction and it is definitely cooler on the second floor. I think it was an expensive project but with the rising costs for gas and oil, it was one we could not afford to wait on. I think it was worth every penny! It's amazing to me that this house had no insulation prior to AA Insulation coming here. I think it was a great investment for our house and for our comfort. I know it will save us thousands in the long run and if your house isn't insulated, now is the time to do it and I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I am very happy with AA Insulation. The crew came out exactly on time. They were well organized and professional. They have been in this business for many years and understand it well. AA repaired damage that had been done by previous contractors and painted the new shingles at no extra cost. They completely cleaned up after themselves. The difference in the way my house is retaining heat is very noticeable.

I received a detailed proposal for the work to be done. They finished the work according to schedule and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend them as an insulation company. The only caveat is that they did not notice that our attic was not ventilated and I had to bring up with them that this would need to be done in order to prevent roof rot. I felt that someone in this business should notice these details and point them out to the client.

Just fine. The owner provided an estimate and broke it down between attic and exterior walls as I requested. Well organized and professional. We got an committed installation date after our deposit. The crew arrived on time and did their work with minimal fuss and mess. The only down side is that we had to wait eight weeks to have the work done. Better that they're busy.

THEY ARE CAREFUL WHEN THEY ARE WORKING, BUT INSULATION DID SEEP THROUGH OUTLETS, AND ANY LITTLE CRACKS THAT MAY BE IN THE WALLS. THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT COMING IN AND CLEANING UP ANY INSULATION THAT DID SEEP INTO THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE.
