Not at all knowledgeable with new well installation. Never mentioned various types of pumps. Didn't seem to care that they installed a new well that only produces 1 gallon per minute. I asked them to lay the electric cable into the conduit already in the ground. They laid the entire line into the muddy wet trench instead and then up charged me for labor to correct. Two younger men complained the entire time as it was cold out. Would never use them again nor would I recommend. There are much better companies out there.

They were friendly and professional, but apparently the owner, Jim , is no longer with the company. When I asked why, I was told it was personal. He knew what he was doing. I'm not sure his wife, Lisa, who now runs the company, and their current crew are as knowledgeable as he was.

THESE PEOPLE KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THEY NEVER CAME TO OUR HOUSE LATE- THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY WERE REASONABLE PEOPLE WHO DID A JOB FOR A REASONABLE PRICE.
