I am a quadriplegic who hired Tony to build a bathroom suited for my needs. He was a disaster!  He quit before the job was finished, Very unprofessional and unethical. The list of things done wrong is long...

-He breached his own contract by the following...he changed plans without approval, for example, dual drains and custom shower pan I never got. He didn't do what was agreed upon. He didn't supply materials like tiles or sink, I had to research, find and purchase all of it myself. Plus he asked for money constantly. The job was supposed to take 5 weeks yet he was still there 4 months later. He went on 3 unannounced vacations during this time for 4 weeks. He didn't pay for inspection or give me any paperwork associated with the job. He did things not asked for like primed doors that don't match the rest.

-In making a custom vanity, I asked for a 2 legged table style vanity that actually fit in the space, he gave me a burger king style bathroom vanity cut into my window.

-Tony didn't use mildew resistant paint in the bathroom either. He left tiles un-grouted, glass for wall never purchased or put up, walls and ceilings sanded & painted badly and half the plumbing undone. He lifted the floor and put high ramps, clearly he has no ADA experience. When I asked Tony to fix what was wrong, he texted me to find someone else to finish the job. He said he didn't care about one bad review on Angie's List.

Never hire this man, He is not trustworthy and has no honor, respect or integrity. sad

Proffesional and accomadating to make changes during remodel project

This was our first experience with a contractor, and we are extremely happy with the work, the crew, and the overall experience. Tony Pinheiro was referred to us by an Army buddy we served with overseas. We were a little nervous that if it didn't work out, or if there were problems, our friend would feel bad about referring them. But this company was fantastic. Tony kept us informed of all problems, solutions, and expenses. He gave us options for saving money, from us demo'ing the old deck ourselves to the different materials that could be used for each element of the deck. We opted for a less expensive treated wood for the floor decking, which we can replace in a few years with a more expensive composite material, pressure treated wood for the framing and railing, and a composite material that can be painted for the trim. The water issue we had caused a bit of a delay in the construction, initially, but once they were able to set the posts, the construction was quick and steady. The entire crew was very professional, and they kept the area very clean. At the end of each work day, they packed everything away very neatly, and cleaned up. Tony and his crew kept us informed of the progress, and made sure to educate us on how wood is affected by the weather and elements, the best time to paint and treat our new deck, and which paint and stain products would be best for what we want to do. We also had a broken basement door and door frame, which Tony replaced for us. It was a small thing that made a big difference in the security of our home.Tony and his crew gave us the deck we wanted, plus more, and this deck is going to last for many many years. It looks fantastic, and the construction is exceptional and solid. It was money well spent, and we feel confident that our contractor did all the right things. We will definitely be using Pinheiro Construction again.

My wife and I live in North Kingstown, and recently had several windows replaced by Tony Pinheiro of Pinheiro Construction. We were pleased with his work ethic, his timeliness and cleanliness throughout the entirety of the project, along with his attention to detail. We had received a couple of other quotes on the project and had the window sizing previously determined by another company, however when they arrived they were larger than the existing windows and we were quite impressed at how he had managed to overcome the differences in size, and within a reasonable amount of time. Overall we are satisfied and will continue to use Pinheiro Construction and will highly recommend him to our friends and family members.
