He responded to my email well within 24 hours, and he came to my door approximately 25 minutes after I called. He loaded all of our junk into his truck, we paid by credit card, and he was on his way! It was very fast and very convenient!

They removed a load of heavy items from my basement, and 3 loads of fencing from my yard. The fence fell in a series of storms and was very heavy. It had to be cut up and loaded in the truck, which took several hours. I was happy with the service and would use Jim's service in the future.

He responded to my e-mail within minutes, happened to be in the area, came right over, and loaded up his truck in less than a half hour. He charged me extra for the air conditioner and tire, but that was entirely fair, because there is an extra fee to dump them at the transfer station. I was extremely happy with his service and I will call him again.

Jim was just great! He returned my phone call very quickly and we made an appointment for him to do the cleanup work in my yard for the next day. He was there, on time, and left the yard in super condition. What a nice man! I would not hesitate to call him in the future!

I had previously used Mr. Trash for junk removal and when my basement flooded I knew I could count on him again to respond promptly. He called me right back after sending an email and showed up that afternoon to pick up the 1st load. He came back the following day to remove the rest and I was once again very pleased.
He is responsible and responsive.

Jim was great, he was here within an hour from the time I called (on a Sunday). We removed an old water heater from my basement, it would have been too difficult for me to do alone. We put it in my dumpster, so he didn't actually have to haul it away. Very good guy, I will definitely use him again if I have the need.

He is very helpful and responsive. I have been doing some house cleaning and renovating and he comes to remove the refuse and debris. He charges by the truckload, depending on the materials he hauls away. He is really fast, good and I will use him again in the future.
