Mark Williams was contacted by my husband and arrived on the day and at the time arranged to give us an estimate. It was a reasonable estimate so a day and time was set for the work to begin. Mark and helper arrived on time and helped remove the kitchen table and then began work. They sanded the floor and put one coat of quality polyurethane on. The next day they put a coat of poly on and after it dried they did the third and final coat. Mark Williams and company did an excellent job. We have and will continue to give this company name to any one who asks for a recommendation. Great Job.

DON'T FALL FOR THAT OLD LINE "A NICE OIL FINISH WOULD LOOK GOOD ON THESE FLOORS". OIL POLYURETHANE ON AVERAGE COSTS 16-20 DOLLARS/GALLON. HIGH QUALITY WATERBORN POLY VARIES BUT IS 50- 110 DOLLARS A GALLON. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND WITH HIGH QUALITY WATERBORNS YOU GET DURABILITY.SOMETIMES 1&1/2 TO 2X THAT OF OILS."
