+ 2 moreOriginal construction budget $60,000 ?Stretch? budget $80,000 Billing Irregularities Final cost, after significant negotiation $113,250. Job was not complete; I estimate the cost of rework and completion at >$10,000 plus hundreds of hours of my own labor. Builder refuses to take any responsibility for losing my spiral handrail off his truck ($1000 replacement cost). I would not recommend this builder to any inquiring party.
